Tunnel Drilling Jumbo

Two-, three- and four-boom hydraulic rock-drilling jumbos for drill-and-blast tunnelling. Computer-controlled hole positioning, MWD geological logging and 3D profile scanning support precise rounds across the full range of drill-and-blast working sections.

Digital Lining Formwork Gantry

Self-propelled secondary-lining formwork gantry with a dual concrete pouring system, high-frequency wall vibrators and crown-fill monitoring. Cycle automation supports 8 to 10 hour first-and-second lining cycles on metro running tunnels and rail station boxes, the highest-CapEx mechanised line item on a NATM programme.

Continuous Belt Conveyor

Tunnel-long muck haulage belt that follows the TBM forward, with intermediate drive units distributing belt tension over kilometre-class drive lengths. The mechanised muck-out solution for long urban TBM drives and long hydropower headrace tunnels where back-up trains alone cannot keep pace with cutterhead advance.
