Tunnel Digital Lining Formwork Gantry
Tunnel Digital lining formwork gantry
The CQS-series digital lining formwork gantry is a custom-engineered secondary-lining system for tunnels and culverts. It integrates the main structure, dual pouring system, high-frequency vibration, distribution piping, hydraulics and controls, with automatic pouring, fill monitoring and visual reporting.

Features
Dual pouring system with remote-controlled, layered window-by-window placement; upper and lower line switching takes around 10 minutes, with a typical first-and-second lining ring cycle of 8 to 10 hours.
High-frequency vibrators provide wide vibration coverage and depth for compact concrete and a clean surface finish.
Crown is monitored with both signal feedback and pre-set pipe-grouting checks to confirm fill.
Liquid-level display, set-temperature monitoring, crown-fill prompts and alarms, with logging, storage and transmission of construction data.
Single operator for distribution; sponge-ball pipe cleaning after pouring; typical crew of four to six for a first-ring and second-lining cycle.
Plateau variant rated for operation up to 4,500 m altitude and -25 °C to +50 °C ambient.
