The HPS-series shotcrete jumbo is a self-propelled shotcrete platform combining tramming, pumping and spraying. Optional intelligent functions include positioning, design-parameter import, automated spray-path planning, automatic spraying and log generation. The HPS3016 has received the China Red Star Award and a China Excellent Patent Award. For mine development drives, declines and small civil sections below the HPS3016 envelope, the UPS-20J(B) mining shotcrete machine is the narrow-drift counterpart, on a 1.8 m wide articulated chassis pumping 20 m3/h across a 3 x 3 to 8 x 8 m section.
Features
Engineering chassis with four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and electronic-throttle automatic transmission for complex haul roads and tunnel layouts.
Pumping output of 30 to 50 m³/h depending on model, well above the 5 to 10 m³/h typical of dry-mix and small wet-mix units.
Folding spray boom with wide single-position spray coverage in height, width and length.
Front and rear enclosed cabs, plus wireless remote control to keep the operator clear of the face.
S-tube pumping mechanism with smooth bore transition and long stroke for stable, low-pulsation pumping that resists pipe blockage.
Two-stage rotation, full slewing, three-fold and one-stage telescopic boom; vertical rotation simulates the tunnel-profile spray path.
Real-time remote control of spray attitude, pumping rate and accelerator dosing; rebound rates can typically be held below 10 percent.
Plateau variant rated for operation up to 4,500 m altitude and -25 °C to +50 °C ambient.
