The CQJ10 truck-mounted tunnel liner quality acceptance vehicle is a mechanised, digital inspection system for secondary lining. It can verify thickness, density and reinforcement distribution after breakthrough, lining and backfill, prior to track-bed works, and is also suitable for in-service road tunnels.
Features
Telescopic multi-section boom carries a custom nine-channel radar array for synchronous full-section measurement.
Radar antennas have a buffer mechanism that adjusts attitude in real time to follow the tunnel wall and maintain data continuity.
Nine-channel radar collects and generates image data in real time, locates defects and supports analysis of internal lining condition.
Truck-based platform for fast transit between sites; boom envelope suits high-speed rail and highway tunnel acceptance.
Plateau variant rated for operation up to 4,500 m altitude and -25 °C to +50 °C ambient.
