The ZP-series drilling and splitting jumbo is a non-blasting excavation machine that pairs hydraulic rock drilling with on-board rock splitting for continuous, low-vibration excavation in hard rock. It suits rail, road, water, hydropower, mining and underground-plant projects.
Features
High-power hydraulic rock drill with on-board computer; design parameters can be uploaded so drill angle, depth and impact frequency are controlled automatically, with anti-jamming and anti-blow-back protection.
Integrated rock splitter with deep single-pass splitting and splitting force up to 1,500 t, with automatic overload pressure relief.
3D scanner positions the machine to better than 30 mm.
3D scanning of the tunnel face supports profile reconstruction and over- and under-break analysis.
Optional automatic pipe-roof tooling for fast forepoling.
Real-time monitoring with automatic generation, storage, upload and download of construction logs.
Plateau variant rated for operation up to 4,500 m altitude and -25 °C to +50 °C ambient.
