Steel arch frame trolley
The SCD-series steel-arch trolley is a support and installation platform for drill-and-blast tunnels. Functions include arch erection, rock bolting, scaling, survey support, ventilation pipe handling, charging support and tunnel-equipment installation. Optional intelligent variants add automated positioning, 3D contour scanning, over- and under-break analysis and one-key arch erection. Manipulator-controlled flange alignment for fast, repeatable arch connection.
Multi-arch grab, lift and positioning roughly halves arch-installation time versus traditional methods.
Scanner-based positioning of the trolley in the tunnel.
One-key arch positioning for repeatable arch assembly.
3D contour scanning generates a face point cloud for over- and under-break analysis against the design profile.
Suits full-face (including invert), large-section and micro-bench methods, and steel-arch installation, rock bolting, mesh, scaling, survey support and equipment installation.
Manipulator handling reduces face-crew size to around four to five operators.
Automatic logging of 3D-scan data and remote network monitoring of trolley movement and instrumentation.
Plateau variant rated for operation up to 4,500 m altitude and -25 °C to +50 °C ambient.
