The DGZ-series multi-function drilling rig is a heavy hydraulic platform for advance drilling, geological coring and pre-support in drill-and-blast tunnels. It also suits foundation works, anchor installation and emergency drilling for drainage, ventilation or life-support holes.
Features
Hydraulic rotary-percussive drilling configurable across small to large hole diameters and the advance depth required by the project.
Optional MWD system collects and analyses drilling data to support advance geological forecasting.
Wireline impact-coring system enables rapid forward exploration of tunnel geology.
Compatible with forward, backward, retarding and instantaneous-set grouting processes, with low- and high-pressure orifice water-stop devices.
Full-hydraulic rotary-percussive power head handles both low-speed, high-torque drilling and high-speed wireline coring.
Single-pipe and casing-while-drilling grouting reduces handling steps and suits complex ground.
Rear turntable on the main boom gives a wide working envelope, so the rig can often be positioned only once per round.
Lateral side-shift reduces rod-change and re-positioning movements.
Wireless remote control improves operator visibility and ergonomics.
Plateau variant rated for operation up to 4,500 m altitude and -25 °C to +50 °C ambient.
