Mining
Equipment for the four pillars of underground mine development: face drilling, mechanised charge-up, primary ground support and shotcrete lining. Plus production drilling, ground support and continuous bolter-miner platforms for declines, drives and roadways in hard-rock and coal operations.

Development Jumbos

CYTJ45/2(Z) Intelligent Twin-Boom Development Jumbo
Twin-boom hydraulic development jumbo for typical decline, drive and main-decline face advance. The intelligent (Z) variant overlays a computerised control system with parametric blast-hole import, scanner-driven face capture, automatic drill-pattern execution and electronic operation logs per round.

CYTJ45(Z) Intelligent Single-Boom Development Jumbo
Single-boom hydraulic development jumbo for narrow-vein development and tight drive sections. The intelligent (Z) variant runs on a low-profile chassis with the same computerised control system, blast-hole layout import, on-board scanner and adaptive drilling stack as the twin-boom platform, suiting low-height roadways.
Mechanised Charge-Up

UC-0.4B Mining Development Chargeup Jumbo
Development-cycle mechanised explosives chargeup jumbo for face advance in underground non-coal drives. Mixes emulsion on board from non-detonator-sensitive substrate and pumps it into pre-drilled holes at up to 25 kg/min, with the operator working from a boom-mounted basket up to 6 m above the floor and wireless remote control to clear the face during charging.

UDK-40 Long-Hole Chargeup Jumbo
Production-cycle long-hole chargeup jumbo for sublevel stoping and other production-blasting patterns. Five times the tank capacity, 2.8 times the loading rate and four times the hole depth of UC-0.4B (2000 kg, 70 kg/min, 40 m) with a mechanised hole-pairing mechanism that aligns the charging tube to the borehole collar under wireless remote control, removing the manual hole-stabbing step on long up-holes and blind ring holes.
Bolting Jumbos

CYTM41/2(A) Mining Bolt-Drilling Jumbo
Self-propelled hydraulic bolt-drilling jumbo running the full mesh-and-bolt cycle from the cab: a four-degree-of-freedom mesh manipulator hangs sheet, a hydraulic drifter drills the bolt hole, and a three-station feed installs from an on-board magazine of up to ten. The same chassis runs split-set, resin and cement-grouted bolts.
Shotcrete Machines

UPS-20J(B) Mining Shotcrete Machine
Wet-mix robotic shotcrete carrier sized for narrow mine drives and small-section civil tunnels. A three-stage telescopic boom reaches 10.5 m, with a 4 to 5 m one-position jetting depth that cuts repositioning frequency along the heading. The 1.8 m wide articulated chassis fits sections wider rigs cannot enter.
Underground LHDs

WJ-6 Underground Diesel LHD
Underground hard-rock load-haul-dump sized for 4.5 m by 4.5 m drive sections. Picks up blasted ore at the face or drawpoint and trams it to the haul truck loading bay or directly to an orepass. 6 m³ SAE bucket, 14 t tramming capacity, 310 kN breakout and 275 kN tractive force on a Volvo TAD1351VE 285 kW driveline with DANA transmission and KESSLER axles. ROPS and FOPS certified cab to ISO 3471 and ISO 3449.
Underground Mining Trucks

UK-40 Underground Mining Truck
Articulated underground haulage truck for hard-rock metal mining, sized for 5.5 m by 5.5 m lane sections. Handles the long-haul leg from the LHD tip to the orepass or shaft station, completing the mucking-haulage cycle alongside the WJ-6. 40 t SAE heaped 2:1 payload on a 2 m³ dump box, 78.5 t total loaded weight, Volvo TAD1650VE 405 kW with an 8-speed DANA automatic transmission and rotary central articulation seal on a Q460 alloy-steel frame.
Product Range
16 machines across 14 product lines. Filter by type to refine.
