EJM Series Coal-Mine Multi-Function Bolt Miner
The EJM-series multi-function bolt miner combines roadway cutting, bolt-and-mesh support and conveying in a single coal-mine development platform. It integrates simultaneous excavation and bolting, advance probe drilling, intelligent guidance, single-pass roadway forming, negative-pressure or foam dust suppression, digital cutting, data interaction and remote operation.
Features
Advance probe drilling: onboard probe rigging supports look-ahead exploration during the cut.
Synchronous excavation and bolting: parallel, non-interfering cutting and primary support; the sliding-arm structure adapts to a range of bolt and cable spacings.
Single-pass roadway forming: high-power telescopic cutting drum forms a roadway of 4.9 to 6.5 m wide and 2.2 to 5.5 m high in one cut.
Negative-pressure or foam dust suppression: semi-enclosed system physically separates the dust zone from the operator for effective dust control.
Digital cutting: automated cutting cycle, real-time drum-position and feed display, single-button start for raise, feed, cut and lower.
Automatic shift logs transmitted via CAN/Ethernet to the shared terminal for production management.
Wireless remote operation and remote-room visualisation enable a path toward reduced face crewing.
