ZYL Series Open-Pit Drilling Rig
The ZYL-series open-pit drilling rig is a self-contained surface drill for production blasting work on open-cut mines, quarries, road and rail cuttings, hydropower and civil earthworks. The rig integrates engine and compressor, so no external power or compressed-air source is required at the bench.

All-in-one platform: integrated engine and compressor remove the need for an external power or air source, with large single-setup coverage allowing multiple holes per setup.
Optional flexible rod-handling for deep-hole drilling significantly cuts cycle time.
Multi-angle drilling: vertical, inclined and horizontal hole orientations from a single rig.
Single-handle integrated control simplifies operation; adaptive drilling control with anti-jamming protects drill steel and adjusts the working cycle to ground conditions.
Cab-mounted display provides real-time monitoring and event logging for fault analysis.
High-power two-stage dust collection significantly reduces airborne dust around the rig and operator; an optional water-mist system uses water only for low-cost dust suppression.
