EPB TBM

Earth pressure balance shields for clay, sandy soil and mixed soft-to-hard ground. Open, semi-open and closed excavation modes for adaptable, cost-efficient metro and utility tunnelling, and the most widely deployed configuration in CRCHI's TBM range.

Multi-mode TBM

Single-shield machines configured to switch between EPB and slurry pressure-balance excavation modes on the same drive. Built for mixed-face urban alignments where ground transitions between clay, water-bearing sand and weathered rock without retrieving or rebuilding the machine, suited to mixed-ground metro packages crossing multiple ground regimes.

Double-Shield TBM

Hard-rock TBM with telescopic forward and gripper shields for fast continuous boring and segmental lining installation in poor or fractured rock. Shielded operation through fault zones and broken ground suits long water-conveyance, hydropower headrace and underground rail drives where ground quality varies along the alignment.
