Heavy Load Turnout (P60/P75)
60 kg/m and 75 kg/m heavy-haul turnouts in number 12 and 18 configurations, engineered for 25 t, 27 t and 30 t axle loads. Specified for heavy-haul iron ore and coal corridors and equally at home on mainline and crossover duty.
Metro Turnout
Mainline and depot turnouts for metro and light-rail networks, configured for the lower axle loads, tighter geometries and station-throat radii of urban transit. Sized for the volume of permanent-way procurement on metro and suburban-rail expansion programmes.
Type WJ-7 Fastening System
Shoulder-retaining elastic fastening for 60 kg/m rail on ballasted track, configured for mainline freight, mixed passenger and freight, and metro applications. Tension clamp design holds rail position under repeated heavy-axle passage with low long-term maintenance, sitting alongside the wider WJ, Type I to VII and DZ III fastening families.
