CRCHI's optimised manufacturing flow (cutting, riveting, machining and coating) and advanced installation techniques deliver high turnout precision and smoothness. The Version 2.0 design has resolved turnout vibration, refined the control system, and completed independent safety assessment and product certification. In service on the Changsha maglev express line and the Qingyuan maglev tourism line.
