Solutions package
Rail Civils Package
For rail civils principals and tier-1 track contractors tendering on Australian rail packages. Trackform components are grouped by line type so a buyer working on metro, intercity, freight, heavy-haul, light rail or high-speed can specify the matching turnout, frog and fastening set without cross-reading every data sheet. Beyond trackform, the package covers FRP fit-out for the track corridor (composite cable trays, trench covers, third-rail covers, evacuation walkways and basalt-fibre asphalt admixture), a friction-material aftermarket line (rail-grinding stones, brake plates, brake shoes) and a condition-monitoring fleet for the operating phase.

Scope of supply
Heavy-haul corridor trackform
For iron-ore, coal and high-tonnage freight corridors. The heavy-load turnout sits at the crossing with a manganese-steel frog at the wing-rail. WJ-12, Type VI and Type VII fastenings cover the matching shoulder hardware by track-bed type.

Rail Systems
Heavy load turnout
P60 and 75 kg/m heavy-haul turnouts for high-axle-load freight corridors.

Rail Systems
High manganese steel frog
Work-hardening manganese-steel frogs at the crossing for wheel-impact wear life.

Rail Systems
Type WJ-12 Fastening System
WJ-12 ballastless fastening for double-block long-sleeper buried heavy-haul track.

Rail Systems
Type Ⅵ Fastening System
Type VI fastening for ballasted heavy-haul on conventional sleepers.

Rail Systems
TypeⅦ Fastening System
Type VII fastening for ballasted or elastic-support-block ballastless heavy-haul.
Conventional intercity, regional and freight ballasted trackform
For interstate freight upgrades, regional renewals, suburban heavy-rail and intercity passenger services. The P60 mainline turnout covers crossover and turnout duty; Type I, Type II and Type III fastenings sit alongside it across rail weights and design speeds.

Rail Systems
Turnout
P60 mainline turnouts for ballasted intercity crossover and turnout duty.

Rail Systems
Type Ⅰ Fastening System
Type I fastening for ballasted regional and freight feeder track.

Rail Systems
Type Ⅱ Fastening System
Type II general-purpose ballasted intercity mainline fastening.

Rail Systems
TypeⅢ Fastening System
Type III fastening for higher-speed conventional ballasted passenger dedicated lines.
Metro and urban rail trackform
For driverless metro and metro-extension corridors where monolithic ballastless track-bed dominates. P60 and P50 metro crossover turnouts match tight metro switching geometry, with alloy-steel frogs at the crossing and the DZ III / DT VI 2 monolithic-bed fastening.
Light rail and tramway trackform
For light-rail extensions, urban tramway corridors and CBD-fringe tram networks. The trackform is grooved-rail street-running with very tight geometry, embedded-block reserved track and ballastless slab in segregated sections.
High-speed corridor trackform
For high-speed corridor work. The high-speed turnout covers number 12 and 18 ballasted or ballastless configurations. Type IV, Type V, WT-1, WJ-7 and WJ-8 fastenings select on track-bed and shoulder geometry.

Rail Systems
High speed turnout
High-speed turnouts in number 12 and 18, ballasted or ballastless.

Rail Systems
Type Ⅳ Fastening System
Type IV shoulder-less ballastless fastening for passenger dedicated lines.

Rail Systems
Type V Fastening system
Type V ballasted fastening with retaining shoulder for high-speed corridors.

Rail Systems
Type WT-1 Fastening System
WT-1 fastening for ballasted track on Type III sleepers with retaining shoulder.

Rail Systems
Type WJ-7 Fastening system
WJ-7 shoulder-less ballastless fastening for high-speed and intercity ballastless corridors.

Rail Systems
Type WJ-8 Fastening system
WJ-8 shoulder-retaining ballastless fastening for high-speed and intercity ballastless corridors.
Maglev and monorail (low-impact alternative)
Elevated low-impact alternative to traditional metro for airport-corridor or tourism-rail briefs. Covers medium- and low-speed maglev, straddle and suspension monorail, rack-rail turnouts, the dedicated maglev fastening and prefabricated maglev guideway.

Rail Systems
Medium and low speed maglev turnout
Medium- and low-speed maglev turnouts for elevated guideway.

Rail Systems
Straddle monorail turnout
Straddle monorail turnouts (box-beam, ground drive).

Rail Systems
Suspension monorail turnout
Suspension monorail turnouts (translation and rotary).

Rail Systems
Rack rail turnout
Rack-rail turnouts for steep-terrain rack networks.

Rail Systems
Maglev Fastening system
Maglev fastening for H-shaped steel sleepers across embankments, bridges, tunnels and depots.

Urban Transit Systems
Medium and low speed maglev track row
Prefabricated maglev guideway track rows, custom panel lengths to order.
Track-corridor pavement and FRP fit-out
Once the trackform is down, the corridor needs cable management, third-rail protection, evacuation walkways and trackside pavement. FRP composites carry the weight, electrical-isolation and corrosion-resistance specs that coastal tunnels and electrified corridors require.

Engineering and R&D
CRCHI Australia brings full OEM engineering and R&D capacity to every package. Most catalogue equipment is configurable to project requirements; project-specific scope is engineered to brief; and where a project calls for it, a complete solution is developed from the ground up. Typical tailoring on rail civils includes turnout geometry, frog material specification, fastening shoulder height, FRP fit-out section and inspection-vehicle bogie configuration matched to the corridor.
