Fiber Reinforced Composite Bolts
Fiber Reinforced Composite Bolts
Pultruded full-thread composite bolts in left- and right-handed configurations, made from basalt and glass fibre with structural resin matrices. Engineered for coal-mine roadways, tunnel works, slope support and ground anchoring where steel bolts would corrode, slow the cutter or risk sparking.

Features
Lightweight and high-strength, with faster install cycles than steel equivalents
Large anchoring force with proven mechanical performance
Shearer-cuttable without sparking, keeping continuous coal extraction moving
Strong corrosion resistance in wet, acidic and saline ground conditions
Removes the cleanup and tool wear associated with metal bolt cuttings
