HZS Modular Concrete Batching Plant
The HZS series is a modular concrete batching plant built for sustained pours on major works such as highways, rail, tunnels, bridges, and water and power infrastructure. The control system handles automatic head adjustment, calibration, weight-difference correction, sand-moisture compensation, recipe switching, fault diagnosis, abnormal-condition alarms and one-key plant wash-down, so a single operator can run continuous production at consistent quality.

Features
Modular block-built structure: fast site assembly, rigid frame, generous working space, and a transport footprint that suits remote-site logistics.
High measuring precision: aggregates within 2%, and powders, water and admixtures within 1%, with separate coarse and fine weighing on each material stream.
Twin-shaft forced mixer for reliable mix quality across fluid, semi-fluid and stiff concretes and across the full range of strength grades.
Sealed plant with high-efficiency dust extraction on the main house and silos; rock-wool composite cladding on the mixer house and control room for noise control and fire rating.
Industrial-PC control with automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes, dynamic mimic display, and database integration for recipe management and concrete-quality traceability.
Plateau / cold-climate variant rated for elevations up to 4,500 m and ambient temperatures of −25 to 50 °C.
