Pipe-Jacking Package
For utility contractors, civil contractors and infrastructure asset owners delivering trenchless drives in Australia. The package covers the four working modes CRCHI builds for the technique: round-bore slurry-balance micro-tunnelling for cable, water-supply, drainage, gas and utility-corridor pipelines; rectangular box-section pipe jacking for pedestrian underpasses, metro station entrances and culverts; direct-pipe laying, where the pipeline is welded to the TBM tail and jacked continuously into the ground in a single pass with no reception shaft; and a mining-mode slurry-balance variant for drives launched from inside an active mine, including coal-mine gas drainage. A separate pipe-roofing machine installs jacked steel tubes as a pre-support arch above tunnels passing beneath operational highways, railways or sensitive surface assets.

Typical tailoring on trenchless drives includes cutterhead configuration, slurry-circuit sizing, articulation geometry, pipe-thruster pairing and welded-tail interface matched to the drive and ground.
