Straddle monorail detector
Comprehensive intelligent inspection rig for straddle monorail line acceptance and operational inspection. High-precision laser, inclination and line-laser sensors measure the running, stable and guide surfaces of the monorail beam plus the power rail, capturing beam width, alignment, working-face dislocation, power-rail dislocation and centreline position. Centreline measurement accuracy is 1 mm + 1.5 ppm and working-face alignment accuracy is plus or minus 0.5 mm.
