DG / DY / DL Tunnel Slag Crushing Line
The tunnel-slag crushing line processes excavated spoil and tailings from tunnel headings into graded crushed stone and manufactured sand for use back in tunnel and infrastructure works. The range is offered as fixed (DG), wheel-mounted (DY) and crawler-mounted (DL) plant, with dry and wet process trains that can be combined to suit local conditions.
Features
Modular function design for a wide range of tunnel slag, including limestone, dolomite, cobble, granite, diabase, basalt and other primary-ore spoil from soft to hard rock.
Dry-process and wet-process trains, combinable to match local water availability, raw-material characteristics, mixed-material requirements, site layout and the required sand-to-stone ratio.
Standard finished-product configuration of three grades of crushed stone plus one type of manufactured sand from a single line.
Optional environmental modules including dry precipitator, spray dust suppression and sewage treatment.
Optional sand-washing, recycling and powder-separation modules on mobile (DY / DL) variants.

Applications
Suited to tunnel and infrastructure projects that need to recover excavated spoil and tailings into graded stone and manufactured sand for nearby works.
Performance
Fixed plant from 100 t/h (DG100) to 400 t/h (DG400) with reference installed power from 770 kW to 2,500 kW. Mobile variants: wheel-type DY200 at 200 t/h (1,100 kW), and crawler-type DL200 / DL300 at 200 / 300 t/h (1,300 / 1,800 kW).
Functions
Feeding, jaw crushing, cone or impact crushing, sand-making, vibrating screening, belt conveying and integrated electrical control, with optional dust suppression, sewage treatment, sand-washing, recycling and powder-separation modules.
