Rectangular Anti-Slide Pile Mechanical Drilling Rig
A purpose-engineered rig for rectangular pile-shaft drilling. Working in combination with a rotary drilling rig, the unit mechanises rectangular anti-slide pile excavation in soft-rock and hard-rock formations, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the shaft. Suited to highway and railway anti-slide pile installation in landslide-prone alignments.

Features
Purpose-engineered rectangular cutter head with multiple slipper-support sets stabilises the rig circumferentially and damps drilling vibration
Independently extending upper and lower slipper sets allow the rig to deflect for trajectory correction, holding over-excavation and under-excavation typically within plus-or-minus 4 cm
Modular cutter mounting allows different rectangular shaft sizes to be addressed with a base-plate change
Wear-resistant cutter head with carbide-tipped picks and a built-in spray system for cooling and dust suppression
Track record of cutting formations up to 170 MPa unconfined compressive strength
External operator console with a comprehensive interface, straightforward to learn and operate
