Diaphragm Wall Machine
The chain-cutter diaphragm wall machine is a TRD-method platform for foundation-pit and cut-off-wall works. Typical applications include metro stations, utility corridors, basements, underground car parks and commercial developments, plus dam, embankment, rail, port, mining and landfill water-stop and partition walls.

Retractable special chassis is deployed during works for whole-machine stability.
High-torque chain-cutter drive with high-strength chain, large-capacity hoist cylinders and dual-engine power.
Engine, pump packs, key valve groups and sensors specified from established global brand-name components.
Slewing frame and retractable chassis with self-loading floats; suited to climbing and tight transitions.
Above-ground machine height is independent of wall depth; the low overall height supports work under high-voltage cables and low-clearance bridges.
Programmed control with pressure, stroke, inclination and temperature sensors feeding automatic control and live alarms.
Fully enclosed cab with HVAC, 10-inch touch-screen and combined joystick and button-board controls.
