Concrete Slipform Paver

A purpose-built slipform paver for cast-in-situ expressway crash barriers and kerbing. Unlike conventional pavers, the chassis remains stationary while the slipform mould travels along the carrier in a step-and-repeat cycle, overcoming the surface-flatness sensitivity, straightness defects, and cracking that limit traditional slipform plant when forming tall safety barriers.

Features

01

Multi-mode slipforming combines step-and-repeat operation with continuous on-the-move slipforming, handling tangent runs and curved alignments without compromising consistency

02

Mechanised mould-handling system enables rapid coupling and fast mould changeovers between step-and-repeat segments

03

RTK-based positioning and levelling reduces setup time and operator workload while improving line and grade accuracy

04

Six independently variable-speed vibrators deliver high-frequency consolidation across the full barrier section

05

Vibration frequency and slipform travel speed are co-ordinated in real time to optimise consolidation and surface finish
