Bridge Construction Equipment (Integrated Pile-Pier-Beam Bridge Builder)
A modular bridge-construction platform that integrates pile-foundation drilling, pier and cap-beam works, and girder erection on a single self-anchoring chassis. With on-board site-levelling, gantry-lifting, and slurry-handling modules together with an articulated main beam, the platform is engineered to deliver bridge construction at small radii through tight mountainous corridors.

Highly modular platform performs site levelling, pile foundations, cap-beam construction, pier-column construction, and girder or slab erection, and can be reconfigured as a gantry crane or as a conventional girder launcher
Self-anchoring outriggers cope with complex mountain terrain, with anchorage strength sufficient to support the full machine throughout the construction sequence
Integrated site-levelling module covers the full work envelope, suiting irregular and stepped ground conditions
Interchangeable pile-drilling modules (impact, rotary, or full-rotation) allow the most appropriate technique to be selected for each formation
Eliminates the need for site access roads in many settings, reducing impact on surrounding vegetation
On-board slurry-treatment unit and per-module power supplies cut energy use and lower environmental impact
