JG Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling Line
The JG series is a purpose-built C&D waste recycling line that turns mixed demolition spoil (concrete, asphalt, brick and fit-out waste) into recycled aggregate for new concrete and mortar, raw feed for new-type wall panels, road-base filler, and recycled brick. It suits operators handling urban renewal demolition streams under tight environmental conditions.
Features
Purpose-designed feed handling with a mud-removal unit and pre-screening magnet to extract reinforcement bar and foreign objects before crushing.
Optional aggregate-shaping unit that can hold flat and elongated particles to a minimum of around 3%.
Dust extraction or water-spray suppression to control fugitive dust on plants near urban catchments and residential receivers.
Highly automated integrated control with one-key start / stop, in-process fault diagnosis, and 24-hour monitoring.
Fixed installation on a concrete foundation, sized for fixed yards and major-project recycling plants.

Applications
Suited to fixed C&D recycling yards processing demolition concrete, waste brick and stone, asphalt blocks, and decoration / fit-out waste, producing recycled aggregate, manufactured sand, road-base material, and feedstock for recycled-brick and new-type wall-panel lines.
Performance
Three handling capacities (100 t/h JG100, 200 t/h JG200 and 300 t/h JG300), with reference installed power of 500, 700 and 970 kW and maximum infeed sizes of 480, 680 and 720 mm.
Functions
Feeding, jaw crushing, impact crushing, vibrating screening, belt conveying, magnetic separation, light-material separation, and integrated electrical control, all under a single one-key start / stop system.
