LZS Tower-Type Manufactured-Sand System
The LZS series is a fully enclosed tower-type manufactured-sand system that integrates high-efficiency sand-making, powder control, gradation adjustment and moisture control in a single structure. It targets the long-standing problems of dry sand-making (fugitive dust, poor particle shape, off-spec gradation and excessive fines), producing engineered sand for concrete batching plants, mine quarries and dry-mortar stations.
Features
Engineered sand from low-cost feedstock such as aggregate chips, stone powder and quarry tailings, turning by-product streams into a saleable product.
On-line adjustment of fineness modulus from 2.3 to 3.0, fines content from 5 to 15%, and finished-sand moisture below 5%.
Gradation that meets Zone II of the Chinese national standard for construction sand.
Tower-type fully enclosed configuration that contains dust at source.
Integrated powder-control and gradation modules in one structure, removing the need for separate downstream stages.

Applications
Designed for concrete batching plants, mine quarries and dry-mortar stations producing engineered manufactured sand to a controlled specification.
Performance
Three model sizes (LZS100, LZS200 and LZS300) with handling capacities from 250 to 650 t/h, twin impact-crusher hosts of 2 × 250 to 2 × 280 kW, total installed power of 790 to 1,200 kW, and total weight of 290 to 390 t.
