CRCHI supplied two 11 metre-class EPB TBMs for the Poland 1042 Railway Project, a rail modernisation drive on one of the longest railway tunnels currently under construction in Poland. On 14 April 2026 the lead machine, DZ1547, broke through the project's first 3.75 km section a full month ahead of schedule, having clocked a maximum daily advance of 46 metres and a monthly advance of 744 metres along the way. Both TBMs carry EU ATEX explosion-proof certification for the methane-bearing geology along the alignment, with the second machine continuing on the parallel drive.
